Emirates Training Plane Involved in Incident. On Friday, an Emirates training plane was involved in an “incident” at the Emirates Flight Training Academy in Dubai. The incident, which occurred at the airline’s state-of-the-art training facility, did not result in any injuries, according to a representative from the academy.

The aircraft involved in the incident was a Cirrus SR22, a model commonly used for pilot training. The academy’s representative confirmed that no one was hurt in the event and emphasized that the incident is under investigation. “There were no injuries,” the representative stated. “The incident will be investigated, and we are fully cooperating with the authorities.”

Established in 2017, the Emirates Flight Training Academy is situated in Dubai South and has become a prominent center for pilot training. The academy boasts a diverse fleet of 30 aircraft, including 22 Cirrus SR22 G6 planes, five Embraer Phenom 100EV aircraft, and three Diamond DA 42 jets. This fleet supports a comprehensive training program designed to prepare the next generation of pilots.
